 from alumni who have taken the leap. Day 2 – April 10: Customer & Proble
 m Discovery Before developing a solution\, you must ensure that there is a
  real problem to solve. This session will help you challenge your market a
 ssumptions and identify the true needs of your customers. Day 3 – April 
 24: Product Development & Product-Market Fit Designing a product is not en
 ough\; it must meet market expectations. You will learn to build an effect
 ive roadmap by applying the "Lean Startup" approach and testing iterations
  on your MVP. Day 4 – May 15: Marketing in the Digital Age A good idea d
 oes not sell itself. On this day\, you will discover the best strategies a
