The Wa@h (Wallonia at home) project, run by OpenHub with the support of the Walloon Region et en partenariat avec le CIAS-Partenamut, propose des solutions technologiques innovantes pour renforcer la sécurité et l’autonomie des personnes âgées et des personnes en situation de handicap. L’objectif principal est de permettre à ces personnes de continuer à vivre chez elles en toute sérénité.
Technologies for safer living at home
Wa@h focuses on the use of advanced technologies to monitor risks and ensure rapid intervention in the event of a problem. Using intelligent sensors, the project detects falls and analyzes users' daily behavior to identify any anomalies. In the event of a fall or emergency, an alert is immediately triggered to ensure rapid intervention.

People targeted by the Wa@h project
The Wa@h project is aimed primarily at people aged 65 and over, as well as those with motor disabilities or disabilities. Thanks to the technologies developed, these people can prolong their independence at home, while benefiting from enhanced surveillance and security.
