An open space to create, explore, and make

Whether you are curious, handy, creative, or simply tempted by the idea of making something with your hands, this space is designed to learn, experiment, and bring your projects to life, even without prior knowledge.

A place accessible to everyone

Our fabrication space is open to the general public and operates as a shared workshop where you can come test ideas, learn to use modern machines, or simply discover the joy of creating.

No need to be an engineer or designer: if you have a desire, an intuition, an object to repair, or an idea to bring to life, you are in the right place.

The goal: to make digital manufacturing simple, user-friendly, and accessible.

Management ensured by our partner Makilab

The citizen space is managed daily by Makilab, a non-profit organization specialized in digital fabrication and the animation of creative communities.

We share the premises:

- OpenHub provides a well-equipped and structured environment;

- Makilab supports citizens, organizes activities, trains on machines, and ensures everyone's welcome.

You benefit from a professional space, driven by a dedicated, passionate team that is available to guide you in your projects.

To go further: the Tech Truck

The Tech Truck is a citizen initiative that travels through schools in Brabant Wallon to introduce young people to digital fabrication.

He brings machines, equipment, and activities directly on-site to raise awareness, spark curiosity, and inspire creativity.

It is one of the main activities of the citizen space, a beautiful extension of this same mission: to make technology accessible to the greatest number of people.
