Alumnior supports you in structuring your project and maximizing your chances of success by providing a suitable framework, valuable resources, and a network of experts to accelerate your launch.
Structured around five key days
The program takes place over five days, each dedicated to an essential aspect of startup creation:
- Day 1 - April 11: Entrepreneurial mindset
Understanding the difference between an entrepreneurial and a managerial attitude is essential to success. This day will immerse you in the entrepreneurial mindset, with inspiring testimonials from alumni who have taken the plunge. - Day 2 - April 25: Customer & problem discovery
Before developing a solution, you need to make sure there's a real problem to solve. This session will help you challenge your market assumptions and identify your customers' real needs. - Day 3 - May 23: Product development & Product-Market Fit
Designing a product isn't enough - it has to meet market expectations. You'll learn how to build an effective roadmap by applying the “Lean Startup” approach and testing iterations on your MVP. - Day 4 – June 6: Marketing in the digital age
A good idea doesn't sell itself. On this day, you'll discover the best digital strategies and tools for getting the word out about your startup and attracting your first customers. You'll also explore the impact of AI in modern marketing. - Day 5 - June 20: Financial plan, pitch & fundraising
To convince investors and ensure the viability of your project, it's crucial to have a solid financial plan. You'll learn how to structure a convincing business case and present it to a panel of investors.
For whom?
The program is reserved for alumni of the École Polytechnique de Louvain. It is aimed at engineers with initial technical and managerial experience, who wish to structure and accelerate their entrepreneurial project.
Projects must have a technological character and be more advanced than the simple idea stage. Participants are expected to have already worked on a prototype or carried out market validation through interviews, contacts or other forms of experimentation.
How to register
Registration is open from March 18 to April 4. Applications will be examined and participants selected. The cost of participation is €500, with the possibility of a grant for residents of Walloon Brabant under certain conditions.
