Vibe Camp
From idea to prototype with AI
Thursday, October 15 · 1:30 PM–5:00 PM - From idea to experience to test
Thursday, October 22 · 1:30 PM–4:30 PM - Shape and desirability of the product
Thursday, November 5 · 1:30 PM–5:00 PM - Build a first version with AI
Thursday, November 11 · 1:30 PM–4:30 PM - Transform feedback into decisions
Do you have an idea for a digital product, application, or service and want to make it concrete quickly?
The Vibe Camp is a series of 4 practical workshops days to move from an idea to a functional and testable prototype, combining product design methods, rapid prototyping, and artificial intelligence tools.
The goal is not to develop a complete product or become a developer in a few hours. It is about learning to frame an idea, design a relevant experience, quickly build a first version, and confront it with users.
The program
1 — Frame 🎯
From idea to experience to test
Before building, you need to know what you want to learn.
We will work on:
- the problem your product addresses;
- the relevant users;
- the value proposition;
- the main hypothesis to test;
- the essential user journey;
- the indispensable features;
- what can be simplified or simulated.
You will leave with a Product Blueprint clear to guide the next steps of the sprint.
2 — Build and Design 🎨
Give shape and desirability to the product
A good idea is not enough: it is also necessary to offer a comprehensible, coherent, and attractive experience.
We will work on:
- the user journey ;
- the organization of the main screens ;
- the UX/UI principles ;
- the search for references ;
- the monitoring of existing products ;
- the artistic direction ;
- the look & feel ;
- the colors, typography, shapes, and compositions.
AI will be used as an exploration tool to quickly test several avenues and translate an intention into an interface.
You will leave with a first product direction and a coherent visual experience.
3 — Prototype⚡
Build a first version with AI
We will then move on to the implementation.
Thanks to new prototyping and AI-assisted development tools, you will learn to gradually build your product without having to code everything yourself.
Depending on the projects, we can work on :
- navigation ;
- interactions ;
- forms ;
- data ;
- simple business logic ;
- authentication ;
- external services ;
- features generated with the help of AI agents.
The goal is to obtain a first functional and shareable version of the main journey.
The workshop remains tool-independent: a reference environment will be used, but participants already autonomous with Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, VS Code / GitHub Copilot, or an equivalent environment will be able to use their usual solution.
4 — Test & Itterate 🧪
Transforming feedback into decisions
A prototype becomes truly useful when it is confronted with users.
We will organize tests around the projects to observe:
- the understanding of the product;
- the ease of use;
- hesitations and blockages;
- the perception of value;
- the consistency of design;
- features to improve.
These observations will then be transformed into concrete actions.
You will learn to follow a simple loop:
Observe → Understand → Prioritize → Modify → Test
You will leave with a tested prototype, a list of priority improvements, and a clear vision of the next step.
For whom?
The Product Sprint is aimed at:
- project leaders;
- entrepreneurs;
- designers;
- innovation profiles;
- product profiles;
- small teams wishing to quickly explore an idea.
The project can take different forms:
- web application;
- mobile MVP;
- SaaS tool;
- service platform;
- business tool;
- dashboard;
- configurator;
- AI-based assistant ;
- innovative digital service.
No prior programming skills are required.
A general understanding of digital technology is a plus, but the main thing is to come with a sufficiently clear idea to identify :
a user, a problem, a value proposition, and an experience to test.
The Product Sprint can particularly extend the Mini-Camp ICE x OpenHub, but participation is not mandatory.
Une approche centrée sur le produit 💡
The Product Sprint is not just about learning to use an AI tool.
We work through a complete approach :
Frame → Design → Prototype → Test → Learn → Iterate
AI accelerates construction, but the choices remain human: what to build, for whom, why, and how to assess if the idea really works?
Vous repartirez avec :
At the end of the cycle, you will notably have :
- a Product Blueprint ;
- a defined user journey ;
- an artistic direction ;
- a navigable prototype ;
- a first functional version of the product ;
- feedback from tests ;
- a backlog of improvements ;
- a method to continue evolving your project with AI.
